Prof. Gabriel Luis Miguel is on an official visit to SASSCAL Regional Secretariat in Windhoek, Namibia. He was accompanied by Mrs. Sophie Kasheeta, SASSCAL Board Member representing Namibia. The visit took place on 25 – 26 January, 2022.
