Mr Samson S. Mwinga : Open Access Data Centre (OADC) Coordinator
SASSCAL welcomes its new Open Access Data Centre (OADC) Coordinator Mr Samson S. Mwinga. Mr Mwinga is based at the Regional Secretariat in Windhoek. He has over 10 years of working experience in software project implementation and management most of which is in international development. Prior to joining SASSCAL Samson served in various positions including:
- Senior MIS Advisor: Pharmaceutical Services – Chemonics International
- Senior Technical Advisor: MIS – Management Sciences for Health
- Business/Systems Analyst: OSS & BSS – Telecom Namibia
- Software Engineer – Silnam IT solutions (Pty) Ltd
An Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate, Samson holds a Postgraduate diploma in Project Management from Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA), South Africa and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science(Don State Technical University, Russia).
