Mattie Otto, joins SASSCAL as Human Resources Officer, based at the Regional Secretariat. He will manage the Human Resource portfolio at the Regional Office and have oversight responsibility for human resource management in the partner countries.
Prior to joining SASSCAL, Mattie worked as a Senior Human Resources Officer at the National Youth Service, at the Office of the Auditor-General, Namibia, in the Department of Human Resources, as a Human Resources Practitioner and at the Ministry of Labor, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation in Namibia as a Senior Labor Inspector. He has an academic background in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Training with Leicester, United Kingdom.
