Mr Albano Santos Software Developer
SASSCAL welcomes its new Software developer Mr Albano Santos. Mr Santos is based at the Regional Secretariat in Windhoek. He has over 8 years of experience in software development. Prior to joining SASSCAL Albano was with the National Institute of Statistics of Angola where he served in various positions from website management, IT Analyst and IT Support as well as development of web GIS systems.
Albano holds an Honours degree in Computer Science from Neto University. He also has Advanced Certification in Methods and Techniques of Spatial Analysis, Spatial Databases and ArcGIS Desktop-Web from the University Nova Lisboa (Nova IMS) – Lisbon / Portugal.
